Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

Hotel looked good online, but upon arrival was very tired and dated. After verbal call for reservations they still managed to not have appropriate rooms available and then were difficult while trying to resolve the issue. Overall, every interaction with staff was poor. The bar was the lone highlight. They made good drinks and were friendly.

Very comfortable layover. Arrived late after 12h flight, but everything was ready, like they were waiting for me. Globalist status complimentary upgrade. Extremely friendly staff, and obviously experienced. Especially want to mention breakfast. Outstanding. Variety, quality. Staffed crepes out of this world.

Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The food options in the hotel are over priced and mediocre. Very limited options in walking distance for other places to eat. Staff were friendly and professional.

Not the nicest property for a Hyatt Regency. Disappointed with the service and lacked professionalism. Rooms are worn out. Looks of chipped paint and mildew in shower. I regret using my points staying here

There is not a single vending machine in this hotel. People travel from other time zones across the country. It's 4 hours later if you live on the east coast so you wake up 6:00 a.m. East Coast time, it's 2:00 a.m. here. And all you want it's a little snack to tide you over. But no, there is not a single vending machine in this hotel. One could walk 20 minutes to an open convenience store. But could there be a single vending machine in this building that houses thousands of customers? No, not a single one. One could be woken up, at 2:00 a.m. by your glucose monitor telling you that you are hypoglycemic. All you need to do is go to a vending machine and get something to tide you over. Peanuts, a few M&Ms. And yet, there is not a single vending machine in this building.

Well positioned hotel if you need to be by the airport. Fantastic service from every staff member I interacted with, friendly and helpful, whether it was the front desk or the restaurant staff. I normally stay at a different hotel, but the stay here was enough for me to add the Hyatt chain to my list. One notable feature was the utter silence in my room. I never heard another guest, even though the hotel was busy. Even the HVAC was near impossible to hear. I usually avoid hotel restaurants, but you will not be disappointed here. Prices are a to be expected but the food was fresh and delivered quickly. Loved the fact that you could choose takeout, the bar or a more formal sit down. This really worked out well for my schedule.

Very good location and clean room. Employee is very friendly and helpful! Everything is good in this hotel! I am satisfied to stay at this hotel.
