Hanno prelevato la somma per l’intero pagamento al momento della prenotazione, quando invece nulla è dovuto prima del soggiorno. Ho segnalato subito il problema, mi hanno promesso il rimborso immediato ma l’hanno fatto il secondo giorno del soggiorno. Al momento del check-in ho spiegato che risultava ancora un pagamento da rimborsare ma l’addetto mi ha detto di parlare con il manager dell’hotel ed ha bloccato la mia carta con un (nuovo) importo a garanzia e così la mia carta è risultata con una disponibilità molto ridotta rispetto alle mie esigenze. Ho pagato il soggiorno al check-out ma la cauzione era ancora bloccata dopo tre settimane. Ho dovuto telefonare ed hanno aperto un ticket. A seguire mi hanno inviato una mail che sosteneva che loro avevano sistemato tutto correttamente al momento del check-in. Però, guarda caso, il giorno successivo la somma è tornata nella mia disponibilità.

i am writing this review after having zero sleep yesterday night because the VERY LOUD party music coming from Place Luxembourg at night keeps you awake. It is absolutely impossible to sleep. The hotel windows have double glazing but it has zero effect against the BOP BOP BOP TICK TICK TICK that reverberates through the area at night. My room was on the top (6th floor) of the hotel and I still got zero sleep. At 200+ Euro per night, I expect good sleep. Being kept awake by party music is absolutely not acceptable. I mentioned it to the staff at checkout, they could not care less. They basically shrugged their shoulders and said "bof". Clearly its normal for Place Luxembourg and normal for Renaissance. Never, ever again.
