La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Irvine Spectrum

The place is adequate for sleeping but occasional semi trucks are heard. The curtains were unkempt and falling off hooks. Breakfast was adequate but few choices.

The cleanliness of the room, location is safe, enough parking spaces, and it’s just 1 mile away from where I had my eye surgery

Upon checking out, I asked for our receipt which is what I always do. But the front desk staff said it will be sent by email. So far, I haven’t received it yet, & 24 hours had passed already

What did I like not much the staff are polite but that's it

Website says daily cleaning they don't daily clean you have to request cleaning and most often you don't get it This time the room I was in the TV didn't work it would go off after a few minutes complain several times with no action

Well first off the website says daily housekeeping it's not you have to request housekeeping and most of the time you don't get housekeeping . the televisions rarely work properly they're absolute junk. If you stay in the back building on the railroad track side you get to listen to trains all night long and get little or no sleep

It was a very good location in a historical district and many places at your fingertips. The staff was all wonderful and super friendly. The hotel room was clean and well taken care of.

The parking was a little difficult sometimes, and the cafeteria was small for the amount of people. The one thing I’d change was the train right under my window though.

Restaurant choices in same parking lot

Breakfast was horrible - glad there were restaurants across the street. Rooms were dirty - tub didn’t look clean, stains on the carpets. Out of shampoo. Out of body wash - had to go ask for both. The gal as the desk was by herself and didn’t know where anything was- had to call for help. While we were waiting another customer was waiting for a remote for the TV - that apparently they don’t have extras of those either (we gave them ours from our room). Pool was closed - not indicated in the website. The area was very loud - lots of trucks driving through the parking lot at night. Would definitely NOT stay there again!!
