La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Irvine Spectrum

Room needed trim painting, had together new room keys 3 times, room only cleaned and towels refreshed if requested(I stayed 4 days), my family member’s room was completely NOT ready when they entered the assigned room—-bedding balled up on bed, dirty, window where train goes by left open, strong marijuana smoke in room and hall.

What I did not like it's the noise next to that room when you entered whoever goes in and out the door slams you could hear it all the way inside the room especially mine that I was literally next to entrance door and the control did not work for volume and change channel

When I saw the Quinta /Wyndham, I booked right away since it is a very well-known name, and I had stayed at Quintas before. I got to say, when I reported the problem to the young gal at the front desk, she was very professional, friendly, and tried to help. Also, I noticed the towels and sheets were very clean, except that the bed itself smells bad. The front desk and housekeeper are doing their best under these conditions.-

This place was disgusting, smelled bad, and had stained carpets and dusty window drapes. The carpets on the stairs were dusty and dirty; the bathtub in my room had large stains and rust. The front desk tried to help by showing me other rooms, but they all were the same except one,but it was in the other building. Unfortunately, by the time we found a decent room, my husband could not move anymore since the same day he had surgery, and this is why we need to stay in the hotel to rest to avoid the drive. Also, I was looking forward to the jacuzzi, and it was dirty and not working.....

The location of the hotel was great, and the resturant that was right by the hotel. However, despite the fact that this is supposed to be a 'pet-friendly' hotel, there were signs all around the hotel that restricted walking your dog and didn't allow for it so it made it very difficult and inconvenient.

The staff, especially the first day when I wanted to check in were very rude and I felt judged by them. I had a serious emotion response to them and was told by my friend that he felt the same way as well.
