Do not stay here if you have to spend any significant time in your room. My experience at this hotel was a frustrating comedy of errors compounded by completely indifferent customer service.I was staying in room 1507 with a patient undergoing medical treatment. We simply wanted to watch a movie, but the TV was not enabled for casting. The front desk loaned me an HDMI cable to stream from my laptop, but the "special" TV remote had no input button to change the source.Getting help was a nightmare. Multiple calls to the front desk rang endlessly with no answer. In frustration, I called housekeeping, and she graciously sent a night-shift technician to our room. He spent an hour repeating everything we had already tried, searching the TV for physical buttons, leaving to find a generic Samsung remote, and making a separate trip just to get batteries. After an hour and two remotes, we finally asked him to leave so we could rest.The moment he left, we realized he had accidentally walked out with our original room remote. Once again, calls to the front desk went completely unanswered. I had to get fully dressed again and walk down to the lobby just to report that the technician had taken our remote.All of this operational incompetence would have been forgiven if the front desk clerk had shown a single ounce of empathy or concern. Instead, their only solution was to force us to pack up and move rooms—an incredibly stressful and unhelpful demand when traveling with a medical patient. I suggested a simple, cost-free gesture like an in-room movie, but was denied. Apparently, Hilton's reputation is worth less than $24.99 to their staff. Avoid this location if you need reliable service or functional amenities.

Front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She assisted me with my specific needs, handling everything quick and accurately. The food for my late lunch and early breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend.
