Didn’t really care for happy hour and the breakfast ordeal meaning I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for it

I didn’t eat breakfast. And the location was good 1. I am upset that the front desk staff didn’t tell me or other guests that the only elevator to access the rooms was the lobby elevator. Myself and other guests were trying to use the garage elevator to get to our rooms. I told one of the front desk staff about this problem was that they can use better signage. I told him that the staff could have told us. 2. I initially paid $20 for parking. When I got ready to go to the store, I could not find the parking ticket. I asked the front desk staff if he could help me with this problem and he said yes. He asked me what my name was and what floor I was on. I told him 16th floor and he continued to put data in his computer. He later gave me a parking ticket which could be scanned. I went on my way and while checking my banking account I found out that he had charged me an additional $20. He didn’t tell me he would do that

1. I didn’t like the lack of customer communication. The staff did not tell customers that the only elevator that could get you to your room was the lobby elevator. Customers were trying to use the garage elevator 2. I was charged an extra $20 for parking without being told that he was charging me for a lost ticket

Very nice room good bar free shuttle to hospital was great. It is pricey. Nice but air conditioning was so loud. Staff great.

The bath tub was gross absolutely disgusting
