Location and proximity to shops and restaurants. The lobby was nice. Comfortable pillows and bed was ok.

The room needs major update. The AC vent cover started falling off the wall the next day. The double doors of the closet were broken and flapping. I would expect being Westin it would’ve a nice toilet paper but they use the cheapest toilet paper this is! I know it’s petty but it was disappointing to have a cheap toilet paper in a nice hotel.

One of San Antonio’s best location, when we come to San Antonio Texas we always stay here, great atmosphere, clean and comfy rooms, the beds are so soft. At a very good price. I want to give a 10 to Anthony in the front desk, very helpful and always with a smile, we had a situation and he was able to help us out in no time. That’s why we keep coming back to this Hotel, the Westin, good people and great service
