"This property is not worth staying at. Management is doing a poor job."

The food was lacking and there were not enough options. I had to stand in line for quite some time before being seated for breakfast. I felt like I was at a crowded stadium.

The staff at the front desk do not seem to understand their role. They were not very welcoming and one in particular was downright rude.

Overall, I had a great experience, this was my second visit for a birthday, the relaxing and beautiful grounds are reminiscent of exactly why Jamaica is the land I love. I welcomed the updated bedroom and bathroom. The restaurants were a highlight, though I didn't always want the buffet option, the staff were friendly.
