Dreams Rose Hall All-Inclusive Resort & Spa

The whole experience was wonderful and would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends! The people in Jamaica are very welcoming and make you feel as if you’re home!

Friendliest staff. Facilities are easily accessible. Property is not sprawling.

The quality of the jerk pork has declined. This is very disappointing! The beverages in most areas were way too sweet ( orange juice, pineapple juice, hot chocolate etc).

The only thing still good here is the pool.

I don't normally do these but I'm beyond disappointed, and had to put it in writing. I've been coming to this hotel since I was in my early teens with my parents, now I'm a young adult looking to start a family and I would never consider bringing them here for the horrible experience I had. I never thought it was possible to go to bed HUNGRY in an all-inclusive hotel. Staying up past 10 is not a good idea here, all restaurants and the dining area are done for the night, and the only way to get something to eat is at an additional cost of 10 USD for room service, which you may never get through to, and if you do brace again for a long wait. Most of the staff were very rude, the only cool workers were the bellmen and security, with the exception of maybe a handful of decent servers at best. I felt like I was begging for responses, even at the simplest of requests. It was 3 nights of inhospitable service and racing to get a belly full before 10PM. Money wasted!!!

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel. I'll be honest - if you are looking for a sparklingly modern hotel where everything is perfect then this is not the place for you. Yes, the hotel looks tired in places but that absolutely should not put you off. If you want a resort where the staff go out of their way to make sure that you have the best holiday possible then look no further. We had last been in 2022 but many of the team remembered us and seemed genuinely pleased to see us again. It seems almost unfair to name individuals are there are so many great people but Dennis the reception supervisor was especially helpful. Sylvester the big chief of the breakfast omelette station always greeted us with a beaming smile and the entertainment team went about their business with incredible energy. Paulette kept our room nice and clean. We ate at all of the speciality restaurants. The Asian was our favourite but they were all nice. If you go to the Three Palms, be prepared that the portion sizes are large! We are already looking forward to returning soon.

Good experiences: * Food was good. Friendly staff at Restaurants & good service. House keeping & attentiveness to needs were good. Cleanliness & ambience were great. Proximity to airport & touristy places. On property activities were good although not great. Nice property and location. Bad experiences: * Front desk staff rude & treated me bad. I was over charged. Specialty restaurants limited. They force you into buying time share/vacation package & grabbed lot of my money. Its a money grab & bad scheme.

Pros: beautiful views, very clean, very good food at the "specialty restaurants" when they were actually open (we couldn't find a schedule); room fridges restocked most days Cons: mediocre food at most restaurants; slow service, especially in the buffet taking drink orders and clearing dirty dishes; multiple people working the front desk, but would not acknowledge customers; very flat pillows (website states there is a pillow menu but when we asked, they told us there isn't); Amstar tour personnel at the resort gave us inaccurate information about the Luminous Lagoon tour and the golf pricing; very pushy baggage attendants and timeshare sales people; very loud music pumped though the resort from about 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.; AC would not shut off some days, but some days wouldn't come on Overall: we would not return to this resort

While the hotel is located in a very pretty area, that is about the only nice thing I can say. The food and drink were extremely low quality. All of the mocktails tasted like water and the food was overall gross. For $600 a night it felt like I was staying in a low budget motel. Rooms were rundown and generally unclean. Bed was very uncomfortable. For the cost there are much better options in Jamaica.

Dreams Rose Hall Resort and Spa was the perfect destination for hosting international guests for our business conference. The over 30 countries that were represented, enjoyed the meeting facilities as well as the entertainment provided by the hotel. The food represented the rich Jamaican cuisine as well as catered to the international palate. I will be back.

Great food and service

Jacuzzi was crap there was no bubbles and thats, what i specifically came for i was all over the place asking and nothing happen.
