The staff was welcoming and friendly the rooms and property were very clean. My favourite was the Coffee shop awesome staff and lazy river was very nice. I would do this again

SLOW service. Did not get the type room I had reserved 6 months prior to arrival. 3 Palms Steakhouse was one of the worst dining experiences ever. Impossible to escape the constant driving bass beats from very loud speakers.

The food is not fresh, everything is super expensive at the spa, it's ridiculous. The timeshare people are way too intrusive & it gives creepy. Every seemed like they expected a tip which was very uncomfortable.

Good food friendly staff nice property. Right size property Had a great time . 2 thumbs up. Can't wait for my 8th visit next year.

Overall I had a great time here. As a single person, I was skeptical about it being a family resort because I didn't really want to hear a bunch of kids running around/screaming/yelling etc. However because we were down there before Columbus Day and arrived on a Tuesday, there weren't really that many kids. Pros: You're in paradise! There's a variety of food options (probably the best is buffet, Mangoes/Swim Up Bar, and the Jerk Hut). The lobby is beautiful - you are greeted with a rum punch at check in and if you miss the buffet when you get in, there's a coffee bar with a few sandwiches, baked goods and of course ice cream. There was a variety of main show entertainment each night. The best was the Michael Jackson tribute which you can watch from the terrace bar or the patio near the pool (they also serve a really great seafood buffet (with steak) but you have to pay extra. it is worth it). The calypso steel drum band was also amazing! Lastly, if you're a water baby like me, go 'head and get back in that pool after 10PM. That's what you came for baby! Cons: At check in be prepared for someone to approach you as your "personal concierge" - they are basically there to sell a presentation for you to buy a timeshare. Do what you will with this info. There is a good amount of seaweed if you are walking into the water at the beach. Definitely recommend water shoes. Also from a distance it looks blue but up close it is murky - BUT the water is warm which is an awesome treat coming from the northeast. The Seaside Restaurant and Bar needs some help lol. I ate with 4 friends and none of use had a good meal. I had the swordfish, which was stated to be a filet but it was basically the equivalent of what you would get from the frozen food section (Gorton's Seafood). One friend chicken alfredo (not enough chicken and frankly not a lot of pasta) another friend had the lasagna. Booth were not great per them. The drinks can taste syrupy after a while because they use mixes instead of real fresh fruit or real coconut milk/pineapple for pina coladas. In your room - the pillows are flat. so if you are prone to neck aches, i would find a way to bring your own. the bed is VERY firm. not a deal breaker for me but the pillows being unsupportive is what can make or break the sleep. Also the floors are tiled, so you will be using towels to keep the floors dry when you come in from the pool/beach. If you have a clothes line or at least clothes pins, i would recommend bringing that to hang up your wet swimwear. I brought 5 swimsuits for our stay ( 5 days) and probably I could've brought 7 or 8 because it didn't dawn on me that we were going to go back to the water after meals in the evening. Also, idk if this was a probably just for us but everyday at 9/9:30AM we would hear bubbling from the toilet while we were resting in bed. When we opened the door to the bathroom, there would be soapy foam coming out of the toilet and on the floor. We used towels everyday to soak up the water. Yes, we told hotel staff but nothing really changed. Lastly, this is not necessarily a pro or a con but be prepared for stray kittens. lol At the time of our stay, there were about 3-4 stray kittens that would circulate between the waterpark area and the patio adjacent to Fresh restaurant/buffet.

Food was delicious and and the environment was scenic and peaceful. So beautiful and relaxing.

Initially, the resort strikes as stunning. After a day, it seems very lackluster in variety. Food options are limited and the charge way too much nightly for children and adults in my opinion. During our stay, they had 6/7 hours of no electricity including A/C, WiFi, etc… They offered a day pass at another resort that lacked room accommodations and failed to provide any type of refund for the inconvenience. We requested a manager on three different wand no one ever responded. Will not be returning
