We liked everything about the room. It was incredibly clean, and had very comfortable beds, and a great layout. Location was fantastic for walking to everything we wanted to see. The property itself was very clean and had everything you needed and was just minutes from the train station.

The front desk staff were awful. They seemed co descending (and not just to us but we saw them act that way towards the other guests). They acted like we were amusing to them (in a rude way), and not very helpful when asked questions. It’s a shame because the rest of the property was great.

The location and the car parking and the staff

The air conditioning was not working properly not cooling and noisy i called the receptionist but didn’t do anything to fix it
