The price was very reasonable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially appreciated the front desk clerk who took the time to assist me with my ESA animal and made the check-in process easy for my family and me. Unfortunately, after being assigned a room on the third floor, we stepped off the elevator to find construction in the hallway, along with a very strong paint smell. Our room was located just around the corner from the construction area. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, it was on the highway side of the building, so traffic noise made it difficult to get restful sleep. On top of that, construction noise early in the morning woke us up. Overall, the price and customer service were great, but the noise and construction significantly impacted our stay.

This hotel was under construction. It was filthy. The hallways were filthy. The elevator was filthy going into my room. The floor was filthy. I complained. I got nothing out of it.

Poorly maintained. Furniture not taken care of. Room wasn’t cleaned properly (there was left over food in the fridge). Room was advertised to be bigger, I believe it said suite, and it was just a small basic room.

Only issue was if one is staying on the highway side of the hotel, there's no way to block all the lights from the busy side of the highway. The blackout shades didn't pull all the way closed and the white shade let all the light through

Poor communication, the worst hilton hotel I have stayed at by far! Digital key not available. Zero communication from the start! They did not inform us or state that the property is being renovated and everything including the dates room smelled like paint, had to wait for help at the front desk right at the the check in time not hours before or after. Did not receive the water in the room that is normally available. Basically if you are a hilton member and you are acustome to the normal hilton/hampton standards you will not receive that level of service from this location! I know I will not be returning too many options in the area.
