We love the location. The beach area is pretty and the ocean view room had a beautiful view. We like the pool area and the restaurant has a wonderful buffet for half the price of other hotels. The housekeeping does a great job as well, our room and the common areas were clean and the staff did little extras like offering lei making.

The lobby was completely shut for renovations. The original lobby was lovely so we hope the new design is as nice or better! The hotel needs some renovation love for sure. The furniture is older and could use freshening. But that view we had was gorgeous and the bed was comfy.

"Very rundown"

It is very run down. Several things didn’t work. Not enough outlets. Way way overpriced. Under construction.
