Tropical location and right on the beach. Staff was simply amazing. Easy to navigate the facility and very clean. The food at the restaurant was very good along with the natural smoothies. I also liked that security was apparent.

Our water never got warm not even luke warm which was just a bit disappointing but not a deal breaker to revisit

Chambres très jolies, cabane dans les arbres atypique et confortable avec vue sur la jungle. Service attentif : aide pour les valises, conciergerie, café à disposition. Emplacement idéal : proche de la plage et bien situé entre le centre-ville et la zone hôtelière.

Vis-à-vis dans la salle de bain et pas de sèche cheveux Accès contraignant avec le contrôle de sécurité dans la réserve protégée. Restaurant cher, service parfois lent et accueil inégal selon les serveurs.

The resort was quiet, somewhat rustic and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The seaweed was really bad and we weren’t able to swim. The food at the restaurant other than breakfast was boring. There wasn’t any decaf coffee and few choices in herbal tea. We had problems with the AC on two nights and the hot water was hit and miss.
