Ikal Hotel Tulum

My room was so huge and private. Beach is nice. Local scene in weekends. The staff is fantastic.

The kids. Lol. Not the properties fault but there were so so many parents and screaming kids so I left every day to go hang somewhere else. Plus it’s inside the national park so you have to pay to enter the work to get to your hotel each time.

La tranquilidad que ofrece el lugar es espectacular, la comida del restaurante es muy rica, tener la opción para tomar las clases de yoga y demás actividades que ofrecen es una belleza!

Que no tienen botiquín y como estas muy alejado de la civlización por la hora me fue imposible conseguir un medicamento snecillo para malestar estomacal.

Accès direct à la plage avec beach club et piscine.

Restaurant beaucoup trop cher, literie pas confortable, rapport qualité prix un peu abusé.

Fantastic location in the national park - very chilled and beautiful surroundings. The experience of sleeping in the tree house overlooking the jungle and steps away from the ocean was surreal. The hotel is beautiful and staff, especially front desk, are very helpful. Food is very tasty as well. I was a bit apprehensive before coming because of some negative reviews but if you love nature, relaxed vibe and unique experiences then this is perfect. Yes, there is lot of seagrass as everywhere on this coast, but they cleaned the beach during our stay (unlike other hotels around) and it’s not nearly as bad as I pictured anyway. You can still enjoy the swim in the beautiful ocean. Overall fab experience and would love to visit again.

I’d improve 2 things - water temperature in the showers plus get rid of the system for sun lounger booking - it’s not working well. These are minor points though.
