"Don't waste your money!"

Do not waste your money!!! This hotel was not as it appeared. It is very old, in a very sketchy area with a shady chinese restaurant attached. As you walk in, it smells, the hall to the rooms the carpet was old and dirty looking. The ice machine was absolutely gross, some milky looking liquid filled the bottom where the water should drain. The mattress under the sheets was stained, the tub was also stained and dirty looking, the fan in the bathroom did not work. There were NO amenities, no coffee, no water, no types of service, no type of accessibility, not even a tub chair. Thankfully it was only booked for 1 night and I could not wait to get out of there. Had it not been so late and traveling with a 92 year old, I would have found another hotel. When I requested even a partial refund they said no, which I expected from a place like this! GROSS PLACE!

"Lousy stay lousy customer service and lousy area "

The cleaning staff did a good job, but that’s is where it ends. The hotel is VERY rundown. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room and the TV doesn't work. In addition, there are three doors to come in and out and one of them was completely broken, which means if you have a room on the far side of the hotel- you have a long hike to your room. This is an issue when dragging your luggage to your room. The front attendant wasn’t friendly. I asked about the TV in our room and he said there was nothing that could be done. He didn't apologize just dismissed me. Finally, we went hiking and came back at 11:20 am. We tried to get into our room and it was locked. My husband went back to the front desk and they said they locked our room because it was after the check out time. He claimed it was 11 am. The back of the door in the room said check out was 12 pm. So, if your going to change the check out time your need to tell your guests and update the back of the door to contain the correct info. The attendant that morning did let us check out, but the process was a pain. I would not stay there again. Do yourself a favor and stay else where.

FYI. The room was not the same as pictured on the site. The hotel is an older hotel and I can see the improvements that are being made. However, the carpet going up the stairs need to be replaced. The rate did match for what the hotel room was. We didnt get enough face towels for two days and had to ask for additional towels but it seems like the hotel is a place where one night is a standard. The room had a fridge but as for a microwave the guest will need to go to the lobby. Overall there are no hard complaints and as mentioned it seem like the hotel is in a transition to becoming a better place.

Awful room the first (of five booked) night. Everything broken from the fridge to the door. Asked for a refund and the manager offered to refund only three nights. I decided not to donate a night to them and they moved us to a different room. The new room was nice and we stayed the remaining four nights. If they had given me the second room to start with, our stay would have been great.
