A Victory Hotel & Suites

Do NOT Stay Here. I don’t know who’s running this hotel, but they need to shut it down and start over. The room was disgusting—the pillows were dirty, the microwave looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and the shower? I wouldn’t even step in it with shoes on. No tissue, no chairs, just straight up uncomfortable and unprepared. The staff? Unprofessional and clearly didn’t care. I wasn’t expecting 5-star service, but this was bottom of the barrel. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. Do yourself a favor: book somewhere else. This ain’t it.

First room reeked of cigarettes despite being a non smoking room. Second was acceptable but not great.

I’d like a refund for the stay, we went to swim and found out the pool was closed and the hot tub drained. We arrived at midnight but had to wait to try to get in due to police and ems workers dealing with a drug overdose on the premises. Then we had no trash bags or cans in the room, a few hours in and another drug overdose was on the premises. It smelled like urine and smoke, I wouldn’t say I’d be going here again, and they have 3 locations, this was labeled the “good” location. I’d like my money back and to be honest for others. I had children and feeling unsafe is not something I can say I want to be.

The hotel smelled funny, there wasn’t any bathroom toiletries. The room was very dark. I literally went back home the same night
