A Victory Hotel & Suites

There were holes in the bathroom. The room was not clean at all holes in the bed. It was a roach in the drawer stains all on the floor. Definitely would not recommend staying here

We saw two roaches, the bathroom looked gross, the beds are hard as a rock !!

i seen two bugs , the bathroom was not fully stocked.

The room did not look like the pictures on the site. Only one towel was offered for a room booked for 2 people. I was told i would have to wait until 10am to request sevices. There was no trahs can. I was told to put garbage on the floor in thr hallway for it to be picked up the next day. They refused a refund.

Absolutely horrible never stay here bugs roaches dirty holes in walls stains on everything only comes with half clean towels for 1 person though booking for two. They need to be shut down

I saw roaches, people were fighting in their room and nothing was done. It was a woman allowed to cry loudly about not having food in the lobby and apparently is done on the regular basis. Fitness center is under construction. Pool is down due to no heater is what I was told and I went twice. Second time is when I saw the roaches when the people got put out their room.

This place should be shut down. No pool like it was stated, bed bugs everywhere, no rooms were vacuumed, maijuana smoke through the whole building.

There was only one towel in my room, I went to the desk to get towels and wash clothes and he said they didn’t have any, and so I asked him how was I and my brother supposed to wash up for the funeral we were attending and he said talk to management in the morning. We left because we had been traveling and needed to shower, no refund given or any type of customer service for them failing on guest services as well as giving the proper amenities which are supposed to be in the room. Horrible property and I saw 5 roaches which added to me leaving.

Cockroach’s everywhere, they need to close this hotel . Cigarette burns in the sheets.
