Heating unit was not blowing out warm air, so the room stay cold in a cold night. Towels and soap very below average . Cracked Tub- shower . Light bulbs out in bathroom ..

I booked a room for one night for New Year’s Eve. One of the main reasons I booked this place was because it showed it had a pool and a hot tub. When I checked in Latoya let me know that unfortunately the pool was closed. I was upset and asked why that information wasn’t updated on their website. She had no real answer. So I decide to give it a shot since we were already there. She gave us a room on the second floor 202. We get in there and realize there’s a huge hole in the wall right by the door. I then asked for a different room without holes in the walls. She said that she could give us room 204. So then we transferred to room 204 and notice that there is a cigarette burn mark on the bedsheet. At that point, we decided to take the bedsheet off a good part of the bed and immediately noticed it was stained with blood, bodily fluids brown nasty disgusting. To me, this is a major health risk. Extremely extremely disgusting. I don’t understand how the owner could even sleep at night, knowing that people are sleeping in this garbage every night. I will be speaking to the owner about getting my money back because I feel like I was taken advantage of. And I have the pictures to prove it. I’ll be reporting them to BBB and possibly the health inspector. Please people check your beds check your mattresses know what you’re sleeping on. It is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in. We will never ever be going back there in our urge everyone out there not to go.

They were roaches in the room and no access to dining no access to coffee and no access to the elevator it wasn't working and no follow-up from the front desk on cleaning the room
