Price and was very quiet

The hotel could definitely use an upgrade

The overall experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations. The receptionist was unprofessional and unhelpful, which created a negative first impression upon arrival. She also wasn't welcoming at all and didn't even greet people who came in. Another thing, In the room, there appeared to be electrical issues, as the power cord would repeatedly shut off whenever the television was turned on. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was questionable, as there were numerous crumbs left behind, and didn't seem like the room had not been properly cleaned prior to check-in. The blankets and sheets were also very rough and scratchy, making them uncomfortable to use. There were, however, a few positive aspects to the stay. The room was free of bugs, and the bed itself was fairly comfortable aside from the bedding. The exterior of the property and the lobby area were both well-maintained and visually appealing. Overall, while the price made the stay somewhat acceptable, the accommodations and service could have been significantly better. The property would benefit from improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and customer service in order to create a more welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests.

The bed.

The unglazed tub, the attitude of the person who checked me out. The dark curtains don't close, the hair dryer was nasty looking,

Staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned but lacked needed maintenance.

Property has a number of issues. First, doors from outside into the hallways where the rooms are located have key card scanners that are broken, so anyone from off the streets can stroll in directly into the hallway you’re staying at, and this is multiple doors leading directly from outside on the side of the building, where there’s not much lighting and not a lot of coverage, this is a huge security concern. Second, the maintenance of the rooms is clearly not a top priority for the owners, multiple lamps inside the room were missing lightbulbs, as inside the room itself (room 304) the bathtub had chipped paint, the faucet inside the bathtub was leaking, the bathroom door did not properly lock, and the door stopper for the door was decrepit and crumbling. Also, the elevator buttons are falling apart, the property owners clearly do not care about keeping up maintenance of the building.
