Hampton Inn & Suites Murfreesboro

The breakfast was OK, but I've had better in other hotels. The beds were very comfortable and I like the fact that the hotel was off the direct highway and was quieter.

There were no towel racks in the bathroom to hang a towel that you would use again. Also, there were no anti-slip strips in the shower floor. I am elderly and was afraid of falling. I was told when I signed in at the hotel that I would need to pay an extra $50 fee to cover "whatever" and the fee would be refunded in a few business days. That was an unhappy surprise. I guess they assumed I was going to trash the room. This fee was not mentioned when I initially booked the room.

Th hotel was very clean and in a nice area where i felt comfortable as a single lady on business. However, the ac unit had a cricket noise going on all night long and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was so tired to request another room. I ended up sleeping in a chair where I plopped the pillows behind my aching back (from the bed) and head and slept there comfortable few at least 2 hours. Having to drive 5 hours home tired is ludacris, but I couldn't try to spend anymore time in the chair, bed, or room. I wish my experience was better but it wasn't. The breakfast was good though.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Murfreesboro. I arrived earlier than expected and Pattie went out of her way to help me check in early without charge. She provided me with other Diamond benefits during check in and made the process very easy. I will definitely stay her on future visits.

Hotel was so clean and smelled pleasant. The employees were all very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Enjoyed our quick stay.

Patty was great! She was kind, helpful and moved us to a first floor room because my husband can’t do stairs! I would hire her.

Pattie at the front desk rocks! She helped us with the new digital check in via the app. We had a quick and smooth check in. Hotel Christmas ambiance was excellent.

The Hampton Inn and Suites in Murfreesboro exemplifies the Hilton Brand: comfortable rooms and skilled, helpful staff. During our stay, Dawn at the front desk was particularly knowledgeable in how to best help us seamlessly extend our stay. Tippy, in the kitchen, was warm, friendly and went out her to be helpful to us and other guests. Raina and her housekeeping staff made sure we had everything we needed and were as comfortable as possible for the duration of our stay. Should we need a hotel in the ‘Boro again, we’ll definitely choose the Hampton if available.
