Hampton Inn & Suites Murfreesboro

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The service was excellent, and we felt very well taken care of. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

My family met at the hotel for a reunion of aunts and cousins. We were very pleased with our stay. Akil the night clerk was very helpful getting us checked in and later with a parking issue. Our rooms were ckean and comfortable. Rina the housekeeping manager was very sweet to see that all our needs were met. We spent time in the lobby visiting and Jeet Tiwari the general manager made us feel very welcome. We look forward to doing it again soon. Thank you. Tami

I am on vacation for Christmas with family. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. But it really shined with the breakfast. Our hostess Tippy was especially great, being helpful and companionable. She asked about our trip and made conversation with us occasionally throughout our meal which was nice.

All of the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Tippy, the breakfast attendant, was amazing. She immediately greeted us with a smile and a "Good morning...". She was very attentive to any needs we had and kept the breakfast area tidy and well stocked.

Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was also really good and the hostess, Tippy, was really attentive and very friendly.

Very pleased with our stay to include, cleanliness, friendly and quality breakfast!! Merry Christmas! I have been a Diamond member for several years and the staff were a class act!

My wife & I appreciate the newness, cleanliness, and quality of this facility. However, it was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was what will ensure our return in the future, especially Akhil, working the front desk. His warm greeting and friendly natural conversation, after a long tiring day of travel, set the initial tone for our stay. Thank you Akil! The next morning, during breakfast, the gentleman working the buffet was helpful but had a very quiet and reserved tone, albeit probably due to either confidence or a language barrier, was still professional. I wish I had gotten his name… While enjoying my blueberry waffle I noticed a gentleman wearing many different hats, the fully engaged in the operation and interacting with customers in a warm, friendly, helpful, and still very professional way. It was apparent to me that he was a manager. The General Manager, Shatrujeet.R.Tiwari. It was refreshing to see that this attitude and atmosphere was, not just supported by management, but in fact, practiced in a sincere and genuine manner with all of the customers and employees working this day. Keeping exceptional people is difficult, but the benefits are worthwhile, as illustrated by our customer experience at this hotel. Great job Jeet. My husband and I had to make a visit to Murfreesboro due to a friend who is in hospice. It was last-minute arrangements and I hastily booked outside of the hotel on a fictitious website. There was a change in plans and we needed to get there sooner. I contacted the Hotel to make the change. I was advised there was no reservation. I asked for the front desk manager. Her name was Dawn and she couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful!! she booked us in the same type of room that I had originally wanted at a very good rate. Her kindness and helpfulness really helped us during a terrible time. In addition, the staff there were extremely friendly and the hotel was one of the cleanest hotels and up-to-date that I’ve recently stayed in. We also appreciated the hot breakfast buffet included in this day. If you’re considering booking this place, do it you will not regret it!!

Breakfast was mediocre and disappointing. Few choices and broken milk cooler.

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pattie at the front desk was helpful with taking our family photo. She was very friendly and her smile brighten our day.
