By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in during our trip around the USA so far, in terms of quality of accommodation and facilities, genuinely warm welcome, complimentary items and convenience at the time of checkout. made a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary and arrived for happy hour around 5:30 PM on 3/27/26. Unfortunately, it was far from a “happy” experience. The bartender, Lacey, was very unwelcoming from the start. Her tone and mannerisms toward us felt rude and dismissive, which made us uncomfortable. What stood out even more was that she appeared warm and friendly with other guests at the bar, while we were treated very differently. As the only guests of our ethnicity at the bar, the contrast in how we were treated made us feel singled out and unwelcome. Because of this, we chose to leave after about 10 minutes instead of staying to celebrate our special occasion. We were really looking forward to enjoying our anniversary here, so this experience was disappointing.

"Terrible for an Embassy suites"

Breakfast was good

Right off the free way our room was terrible we herd traffic all night, sheets felt like sandpaper and a full size bed isn’t big enough for two adults , our room smelt like a swamp and smoke there was mud or something on the bathroom floor when we arrived , bathroom sink was plugged and the outlets didn’t work by the bed and the tv channels were terrible
