"The Best Front Desk Agent"

I have stayed at A LOT of Hilton Hotels for many years. I have to say that Doris is by far the best front desk agent that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She was full of energy, spunk, and compassion. We were there for a 12 U girls softball tournament. I unloaded my car onto one of the hotels carts. I had bags for 3 adults, 1 child, a softball bat bag, case of water, etc...The cart was loaded. I also had my elderly mother with me when I realized after walking through the front doors that I may have unloaded my car prematurely. Doris did not hesitate to tell me that she would take care of us. She walked with us helping pull the cart all while making sure my 88 year old mom was ok and asking if we needed to take a break. She walked with us to the far elevator and explained how to get up to our room! Doris' customer service skills are TOP NOTCH!!! She went out of her way to help us and to make sure my mom was ok. This meant the world to me. We saw her the next day and she remembered us and asked about my granddaughters tournament. Thank you Doris, you are a shining star in our world!!! Julie D.
