I booked a 3 night stay, with a single king room, the first thing I noticed upon arrival was the distinct smell of weed, the missing fridge in the room, and the stains on the bed sheets and the spots of an unknown substance on the floor. But the main point was the broken window in the room, it was disguising. They stated they were not able to give me a full refund, even though I was in the room for maybe 5 minutes and didn’t stay. Overall; I was extremely disappointed in the experience at this hotel. I will not book here again.

I arrived at this hotel late at night with 3 young children, which is why I chose to just accept the room. When I arrived, my 2 bedroom suite was no longer available. I was offered a mini suite with kitchenette with the agreement to refund me the price difference. After I checked in I was told there no hot water or wifi and that the water would be fixed first thing in the morning. Not the wifi. There were no extra pillows or blankets so I had to go back to the front desk late at night to put the kids to bed. The phone in the room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk. Next morning I see that there is absolutely NO supplies in the kitchenette. No forks, plates, ANYTHING. The courtyard in front of our room was full of dog poop that was never cleaned up. After we left, I realized that the hotel NEVER refunded me the difference and there is no way to reach them. Phone number is never answered. Email is never answered. Have not received a refund to this day and cannot reach them. Do yourself a favor an d just book something else.

The staff was not friendly or helpful it took hours to get fresh towels, the room wasn't cleaned even after requesting it, the lobby smelled like rotten eggs the elevator was dirty the hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the site our room was old and outdated. there was a burn hole in the blanket at a non-smoking hotel. the door was uneven allowing bugs to enter..

My husband had an event to attend in the Tempe area and this hotel was fairly close so we opted to stay here. Big mistake. The moment we walked into the hotel there was a odor permeating the lobby; the gentleman checking in before us said his eyes were watering in reaction. The woman that checked us in was very apologetic because we are diamond members of Best Western but we did not get the usual complementary bottles of water and a small snack. As a matter fact they had no water, sodas or snacks available. As if that wasn’t enough, when we went to breakfast the next morning, the hot coffee was out of order likewise for the juice machine. (They had juice and coffee in small thermoses that constantly needed refilling. ) The only thing passable food item were the sausages. The eggs must’ve been from rubber chickens, cause that’s what they tasted like and the texture was the same. Since we stayed two nights the second morning, we went for breakfast at a diner across the street. I didn’t want anybody in my room to clean, but they did not even have a do not disturb sign for me to stick on the door. I actually felt sorry for the people working there to constantly have to apologize for all the screw ups the hotel was doing. Whoever is at the top running this Best Western is just raking in money, but providing no services for their guest. Highly recommend that you stay anywhere, but here.

I booked a 2 queen suite with a kitchenette. First thing I noticed was it was a king bed and the kitchenette had no fridge. The second thing I noticed wrong were the burn marks in the top sheet. Next was the layer of dust in the bathroom like the room wasn't used in weeks, followed by the spider web in the corner. After that was the lovely leftovers on the toilet seat. Went down to management and they acted like they didn't even work there. Won't stay again.

I would not stay here with my family. Lots of suspect stuff going on around here. Hot tub broken, no lights outside by vehicles.

Terrible stay for me. The people at the front desk espcially the manager. Was charging people 50.99 then 64.99 when you have a booked week reservation online. They will never honor your reservation if you want to extend at the rate you booked. And the blankets pillows, anything with a case. Has burn holes through it all. The door keye is always locking you out, making you have to go talk to the terrible managment that doesnt descalte anything. She instigates and intaginzises customers because she feels she is right. Someone needs to update the lady and tell her that her customers ate the only reason u have a job. And a 200$ deposit is not anywherre close worth lettijg them hold for this motel 6.
