Baymont by Wyndham Osage Beach

Property was not as depicted in pictures, pool was not functioning. Property was run down and virtually vacant. Did not end up staying at property, tried to cancel, attendant said hed issue a refund to Expedia, then didn't answer phones for Expedia to validate return. Did not stay or check in to property.

Window ac is noisy. Hair dryer ran for 2 minutes then went off.

The outdoor pool was broken and the day staff was horrible my daughter almost got bitten by a pit pull and when I tried to talk to management about it, I was laughed at and told no one could help me they didn't speak English.

Terrible lighting, old fashioned dim lights. The bathtub was all chipped off, the security rail in the tub was gone and plugged up with caulking. The handle to to turn water on in the shower came off. The stopper in the sink was broken off. The freezer in the refrigerator was frozen solid. Wyndham should be ashamed to call this one of their properties!

This place is terrible. I’ll sleep in the car before I stay there again. Curtains fell off the wall. The shower control wouldn’t work, finally got some water out. There were holes in the walls patched with putty and not painted. The putty was quite old. The refrigerator was dripping water in and outside of the refrigerator. The ice maker didn’t work and obviously hadn’t for a long time. The place is an embarrassment. The woman at check in and checkout was very nice.

My wife and I travel extensively, my wife is a retired flight attendant. I do not know where to begin, Wyndham should check this place out and remove their name from Baymont. Dirty, bed was worn out 10 years ago no Ice machine except in main lobby, no security in the building we stayed in, we had two nights, the first night was so bad, we just did not show up for the second night, don't care about loosing the money, I could not stomach the second night.

Old, dirty, room smells like cigarettes, mold in the bathroom, no hot water, the parking lot looks and feels unsafe, I can go on! $159 a night when I should have stayed at a holiday inn for a little more. Never again.

Hire more staff.Make major improvements to then property.

Daughter found someone’s used needle on the floor plugging her phone in, thank god it did not stick her. Was very disappointed at the cleanliness.

The hotel was in a very convenient location for Osage Beach activities. The beds were get comfortable. The front desk was polite and bring extra towels when requested. We were sad that the outside pool wasn't usable but enjoyed the inside pool.
