Baymont by Wyndham Osage Beach

The 1st room I was put in smelled of urine and the A/C was not functioning properly, but the staff was quick to put me in another room and my 4 yr old grandson said "mmm this room smells so good" lol. Other than that, it was a nice stay. The breakfast actually had some protein options and the coffee was actually good.

It was fine. We had to ask desk for clean towels, the dirty ones were not picked up. The indoor pool was a nice thing to have. Breakfast was definitely sufficient for price range of hotel. Facilities were clean. Overall our experience was fine, no major complaints.

Needs some updating. It was ok for a quick stop though.

It gives you the basic shelter and comfort for being out of town for business. Indoor pool is available while the outdoor pool is not. Washer and dryer was a big plus. You have to set your TV yourself every time you watch a TV by scanning for channels. Room is clean and the ac works.

Clean room 👌. Certainly Would stay here again. 😁. Staff was courteous and informative. Hot tub wasn't hot,indoor pool was to cold .

Needs a lot of maintenance. Outside pool was out of service. Small tv. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Sink had a trickle of water. Ice machine down in second building.

We booked the room through Hotels.com for over $300 so that we could attend a concert at Ozarks Amphitheater on July 4th. We arrived by 3pm on the 4th and checked in and proceeded to leave to eat and go to our concert. When we returned later that night, the room, there was dirt and rocks on the floor, the Handicapped toilet seat was so loose it was falling off the toilet and the clean towels were on the sink, not the towel rack. My pregnant fiancé almost slipped and fell in the shower because the drain on the tub didn't drain properly and when I took a shower, I almost slipped and fell. We FINALLY were able to lie down and attempt to sleep, but the mattress was horribly sunken, and the people upstairs were moving around quite aggressively upstairs into the early morning hours, so NEITHER of us were able to sleep. Then Saturday, we went to have breakfast in the hotel dining area a little after 8am, and the food was almost gone, so I asked if housekeeping would clean our room and replace fresh towels, to which I was told they would, so we went to get in our vehicle to start our day, and someone had parked extremely too close to the drivers side door, so I had to climb in the passenger side to operate the vehicle. We arrived on Saturday night to a room that hadn't been touched by housekeeping and had to endure another night of inconsiderate folks in the parking lot and upstairs, Sunday we just picked up and left--I checked out online I was SO disgusted. I wont stay there again.

The outdoor pool is dry, indoor pool is broke. Ice machine in office area was the only one that worked. The staff were nice and helpful but the facility needs repair. Very few people stayed there during our two nights. Seems low numbers for middle of summer vacation time in a lake vacation town.
