The front desk and the bell man were friendly.

cleaning crew needed to clean the room better. There were food left in the fridge from the previous customer. The tables were dusty. The trash wasn't taken out daily. There are mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom.

The staff is always so professional and always willing to help with any information or issue. The room is large and the water pressure is excellent with very nice restroom.

Excellent and clean accommodations. Very hospitable staff. A warm and historic charm catheterizes the hotel. Staff are well trained and food is excellent. A place away from home I always look forward to returning to.

"Classic Seattle Hotel Maintains Its Charm & Polish"

Classic hotel with many amenities. On-site restaurant, Stella, had exceptionally creative Italian food, plus having dinner service in the legendary Sorrento Fireside Room provided a romantic dining experience.

In-room coffee maker (Nespresso) did not seem to work despite several attempts. Would have liked to have some in-room snacks & drinks for purchase beyond bottled water.

"Sorrento Welcome"

Chose Sorrento because it is walking distance from Swedish Hospital, where I had a cancer. Checkup. It was a most ambient and historical hotel. For the first time in my life, I used valet parking. Staff is obviously well trained in exemplary customer service, that feels sincere and genuine. Food and sparkling water were so good, after a long day of driving five hours, and then dealing with medical appointments. I will stay there again! Maybe even ask for the same room. Loved reading elevator etiquette. Also the elevator rugs! Reminding me what day it was. Saturday!!

"Old School Charm near Virginia Mason and Swedish Medical Centers"

Lovely old school hotel with staff who seemed really happy to work there. Stella restaurant really shines. Great cocktails and affordable wine list.
