The property is perfect for families, especially those with a pet. All the details were so welcoming from the s’mores kits, the complimentary transportation in Keystone, the bathrobes, access to the gym and wonderful spa facilities.

They let us have pur four dogs and we so appreciated that! We in turn left the room clean and tidy. We will definitely be back!

Great transportation service once I was there. A car was on call to take me to the river run and back whenever I wanted. The room was ok - nothing fancy. The staff and service very good!

Breakfast in the Bighorn was just OK - not enough healthy options. Coffee was basic (no espresso)

Loved the size of rooms, the option to have quick food at the cafe. The game room was fun for the kids but also loved we could sit on the couch by the fire and have a drink while the kids played games. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the ski lockers and transportation to the lifts. Also loved the courtesy vehicle to go into the ski resort and back.

1-Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff 2- Excellent car/shuttle service to and from the mountain 3- Hot tub , stream room, sauna and very nice outdoor heated pool 4- Amazing views of the mountain and lake. 5-Breakfast was good 6- Bar was good. 7-Much needed water machine with different favors and oxygen machine in the lobby 8- Fully stocked gym 9-We had a room with a spiral staircase. It was very spacious and the bed upstairs was large with a beautiful view. However, it was not easy to carry up my wife’s heavy bag , and my reaction to the altitude affected how often i went up and down. But I would get that room again.
