Location is good

The place has half done repairs in the shower and the bed was terrible and old and dirty

Loved the gorgeous lobby, the location, and the historic aspect of the hotel. The staff was so friendly! We even received a personal tour of the Rathskeller and the oak room from one of the managers, Monica who was so nice and told us some great stories!

There was no room fridge, the bathroom fan and heat light were broken and made a terrible noise until the timer went off. The walls are kind of thin there, so be prepared to hear your neighbors.

I coordinated a small - Private Pilot Convention at the hotel this past October. The sales and meeting staff were extremely helpful in helping with the rates, reservations, changes etc. The meeting room was perfect for our group. We had two large vans to deal with and the Valet service was excellent. Ask about the hotel tour when you arrive. Yes this is not a new hotel but it is a classy place. Be sure to go downstairs and see the Rathskeller.

Louisville Getaway - This is not our first stay at the Seelbach, the hotel is an historic landmark. The rooms are small and seem a bit tired. While walking in and welcomed by the staff, the room experience, including the bathroom is so,what underwhelming and disappointing. Pros-Beautiful lobby, wonderful. Ar and great staff. Very conveniently located. Cons-The bathtub drain backed up, the bathroom is small and out dated and the rooms are small and lack modern conveniences.

Historic snd lush. There were plenty of staff available in the lobby at check in.

The WiFI was messed up. We talked to front desk , and at check out thry suggested perhaps it was just our room. It wasn’t resolved. For this we had trouble with the valet because the only efficiency way to call the car was use the texted link. It took us over 20 minutes to get the car snd people who came after us left before us.
