Pillows were very uncomfortable and we called 3 times for robes and never received.

The lobby was pretty. Location was good.

I hate writing bad reviews so I'm sorry to write this but we had a dreadful experience. $400/night with $40 parking at a 5 Star hotel should not come with so many headaches and cash grabs. Our toilet wouldn't flush, which happens, but they said they would send somebody up, 2 hours later a guy shows up and over an hour of maintenance guys coming and going, they did not fix the problem. Hard to relax with people them coming and going. After not fixing the problem and us asking to move rooms, they moved us to a much smaller room they claimed was an "upgrade". In this new room, my 1 year old found a lighter, which was concerning, then 20 minutes later my child is walking around holding a STRAIGHT RAZOR BLADE which was left in the room. On top of my child finding dangerous paraphernalia, We booked the "breakfast included" option, which upon arrival they said their hotel itself doesn't offer breakfast only the Wolfgang Puck place and it was just a "$30 Credit to the restaurant." So they basically just sold me a non refundable gift card to a restaurant, $30 is not even close to covering the cost of breakfast so instead of getting free breakfast I would have had to pay another $30-50 dollars for my family to eat on top of the "credit", and the breakfast place had large signs saying they only had "medium drip coffee and no other type of coffee". A 5 Star Hotel with worse coffee options than a common truck stop? Also them selling $3 water bottles in the room, is bush league. If a guest pays $400 for a room, just give them a bottle of water or 2.

You don’t even need to leave the hotel because there are great food and drink options on site. The best part is relaxing in the hot tub!

Oh boy. My partner booked an evening with a “dream package” he had won. There was a gymnastics event that was taking up a lot of the hotel, but they made magic happen (so they said) and got us a room. All set. When we got there a few days later, our reservation was nowhere to be found. Didn’t exist. Put us in the Pantlind wing in a room that looked like it was left for the desperate times they need to cram someone in a room. The luxurious bedding and experience they claimed was comical. Everything in the room was beat up. There were words showing through the paint that frankly made it feel like we may be in a horror movie. We were all the way at the end of a hall. When we got back to the room after the event we attended, we ordered pizza and sleepily crawled in bed. We got a loud knocking on the door from security telling us there was a noise complaint. He said he could hear our voices when he was walking the hall so he decided it was us. Told us to keep it down or our guests would be removed immediately. It was him, myself, and a pizza. We are in our 40’s and weren’t exactly partying. It was massively unpleasant. If it weren’t for being exhausted from the fundraiser we were at, we probably would have left and gone home.
