Comfort Inn & Suites Watertown - 1000 Islands

The hotel was clean. Cleaning a maintenance people was extremely nice.

In our first room, we had no water to the toilet after my children had used the bathroom. The maintenance guy said we'd have to change rooms bc it was a water issue and beyond his ability. We then heard that the pool was closed, during the booking we didn't see that the pool was closed. When I inquired at the front desk, the front desk guy was extremely rude. He said we could use the pool across the street, but they'd have to call to make those arrangements. If their guest were using it, we'd be out of luck. I then asked if they were offering any compensation bc it was obvious that not all accommodations were honored. He snapped back with that's what happens when you go through a 3rd party! Take it up with them. I will never stay at this hotel again.

For a handicap accessible room, it was very small. I'm in a wheelchair, and we had to move furniture for me to get around. Handicapped rooms should also have room for a wheelchair on either side of the bed, and this one only had room enough on the side that is less safe for me. The bathroom was mixed. The toilet area was good, the sink was fine, but I did think I was booking an accessible tub and it was absolutely not accessible. I ended up staying a shorter time, so I could deal with it, but it was very unclear when I booked. The staff was helpful and have put me in the kind of room I need for my next visit.

Convenient location, clean

They let us go swim at another property right across the street because their pool is not working. They were very helpful. I forgot to bring my block on my phone because was not working let me use theirs. The suite was very nice !

We booked this suite through booking.com the said it had a pool it did not. Bummer, that’s why we booked it.

Location was great, staff was friendly, had some nice lemon water and cookies in the lobby, breakfast was decent.

The tap in our bathroom was a little wonky, but not a big deal.
