It was very clean

The pool was under maintenance and had been since early December. Nowhere on the booking app did it mention that! Staff was rude when I asked about why the pool was closed.

Staff was nice, room was clean, country breakfast was good and the afternoon cookies was awesome

When I booked my reservation in February of 2026 nothing said online that the pool was not operational. We chose this hotel for the pool as an activity we can do in the evening. It was very disappointing to get to the hotel and be told that the pool has been non-operational since November of 2025. This really put a damper on our holiday.
