Breakfast was good, staff was friendly

Toilet in room had a very high pitch when it was filling. Sounded like a screaming cat. Was very loud and noisy. It must have really bothered customers in rooms around us.

The breakfast area was kept well stocked during the breakfast hours. Other places I have stayed did not do that. Usually when the items are out they are out.

No surprises;

Breakfast room was crowded - not sure if it was the size of the room compared to the size of the hotel, or we happened to visit at peak time.

The breakfast was okay

The pool was closed for maintenance and WASN'T on this site as such until a few days ago, even though the pool has been down for over two weeks and will be until mid March. We ONLY stayed for our kids to swim and the front desk man was extremely rude.

We chose this hotel because we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. When we arrived, we were informed that the pool was out of order. I booked the night before, and there was no mention that the pool was not working. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere else. My room was non-refundable, and we were offered only a 15% discount. The children are really disappointed—the whole point of staying at the hotel was to go swimming! For our next stay, I will book at Hampton Inn.
