Location and breakfast

Had to move rooms did not get our big king room heat was broken heater on floor .. black partials in hot water, no pool was broken for along time should of told us in advance wanted to use it..

No heat had to change rooms got downgraded in my room. Pool was not operational and no hot water not very happy.

Good location, quiet and comfortable

After calling the day before to confirm the pool was up and running and reassured it was the pool ended up being down less than 24 hours later. Room heater only blew out cold air it was pretty chilly.
