There was no air flow in the hallways and the smelled of cooking grease which started my asthma. The room was not comfortable so i did not stay

Front desk staff would not answer the phone- just went to voice mail. Sheets not on pullout bed when we arrived after a late flight and we were exhausted. After much waiting I had to make the bed myself with sheets that didn’t fit. Halls smelled like old French fries. The lobby coffee shop restaurant was great- friendly staff and excellent food for an airport hotel.

"Way Overpriced"

I was willing to pay the high price because of the location near the airport. It’s clean, friendly staff, and has what every nice hotels have, but no senior discount.

"Great Hotel"

Clean, good food, easy check in and check out. Close to the Anchorage airport. We had a 6am flight so it worked perfectly for us.
