Staff excellent, facilities excellent, location excellent

Breakfast wasn’t as tasty as as I hoped

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were lipstick stains on the bathroom floor.

We had room 305 close to the elevator. A bit noisy otherwise our stay was fine,

Location

Air conditioner leaked about 6 feet into room. Carpet was very wet. Someone had stolen hair dryer and took 24 hours to get a replacement. Landscaping at front entrance dead and scruffy looking. Front desk worker upon arrival on 27 was curt for no reason. Next day she was missing from front desk when our group wanted to pay for snack items. We left a note and paid later.
