This was an very poorly managed property. The desk clerk upon my arrival did not know how to use the key coding machine. The lobby floor was not cleaned the whole time I was there. There was not chair in my room.

Other than price, nothing.

Booked a room with 2 queens and showed up and they did not have one. Toilets were extremely low to the ground felt like you were falling every time you sat down. Bed was terribly lumpy and uncomfortable.

I liked that the room had a decent bed and tv.

Listing is a complete lie. The owner of this hotel is aware and blames it on “third party” but is has become such a problem, when I asked about the “free breakfast” the front desk women got upset with me and said, “we don’t have that and it’s not my fault!” Could see how frustrated she was and she admitting to other customers yelling at her due to the lies posted about this hotel, it’s not the front desks fault but still a horrible place to stay and would not recommend. The hot tub does not work, they do not have a working gym, and no breakfast items, also the room was suppose to have a balcony and I did not receive that as well. They only had one vending machine and only soda in it. I’m very upset, we booked this last minute after the holidays to celebrate a new job I just got so we could enjoy the hot tub and other items I was told I was getting. Waste of time, and money. Pleaseeee pleaseeeee pleaseeee DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!

It was low budget has ants the outlets didn’t work so no charging devices the hot tub was broken but cold pool was open
