Friendly/helpful front office staff. Ryan carried our suitcases up to the second floor. Our fridge and microwave weren’t working. Girl at front desk reset the breakers and fridge started up. Microwave was swapped out. Kudos to Ryan again. :-) Great location in proximity to the university.

No elevator, witnessed a gentleman with a hugo walker go slowly down the stairs. The bath towels were very thin. Worst towels I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Beds were on the softer side. Motel occupants next door were very noisy.

Spa was shut down again. No free breakfast as advertised. Staff wasnt very friendly. We stayed alot in past but this will be last time. Went to far down hill and not as welcoming as it was.
