"A lot left to be desired."

The breakfast was very nice.

We STAYED FOR A CONFERENCE, and for 4 days, my room was serviced once, and we had to request towels and washcloths. THE SHOWER WAS INOPERABLE. However, the staff personnel were friendly.

Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was accommodating, and the room was beautiful, clean and perfect for short/longer stay.

"The location was good however they stay was terrible"

The location

The elevator was broken. You can hear everything in your room. People talking, slamming doors and running water. The room phone didn’t work so I had to walk down stairs for a towel and blanket. Both pancake machines were broken and the person serving the food was rude. Kept telling people to put the tops down.
