Our air conditioner was leaking which caused the carpet to be wet. Maintenance came fairly quickly to address the issue and even offered to move us.

It was a pleasure to stay here again. This our 3rf time staying at this property while dropping our daughter off at college. Austin and his southern hospitality keeps us coming back as well as the morning manager. She’s a joy. Breakfast is wonderful, beds comfortable and accessible shower was wonderful. We will be back in May for pickup.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff for a last minute checkin late at night after a fiasco at another hotel. The check in clerk was so friendly and we had a great, comfortable room. Very nice stay.

A little loud neighbors at times, very busy morning in the lobby but not a big deal

The property is showing its age. Needs an interior facelift. The we should up, there was a leak past the reception area. When we got to the elevators there was no ac. The beds were comfortable and the room clean but the bathroom ceiling had a huge crack that seemed to have various bubbles forming - room 517. When we checked out, I did inform the front desk and they stated that they will take care of it immediately.
