"Enjoyable hotel stay"

The hotels location was few minutes walk to Navy pier and the lake views everyday was unbelievable. The staff were always helpful and the indoor pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing.

There were a few minor things but overall was a good experience

The location of the property was central to tours and attractions downtown.

The costs of parking my vehicle was the equivalent to an additional nightโ€™s stay. Also, I booked online and reserved a king bed but the rooms each had double beds. Was told by the staff that โ€œyou booked online, thereโ€™s nothing we can do.โ€ However, no one ever answered the phone when I called the hotel directly.

Vicinanza a tutti i punti di jnteresse, la scelta della camera con vista cittร  รจ stata la ciliegina sulla torta, dall'altra parte si vedeva lo strepitoso Navy Pier con la sua ruota panoramica.
