Personale molto gentile, possibilità di pranzare/cenare in albergo e di aggiungere la colazione anche la mattina stessa . Colazione ottima con tanta varietà di prodotti. Alla mia amica allergica alle proteina del latte hanno dato anche delle alternative oltre alle cose gia presenti nel buffet.

Prezzi un po' alti per una sola notte e anche quelli del ristornate.

L accoglienza,la pulizia eccellente,il ristorante veramente buono 😋 Sicuramente se ritorno a Genova mi fermo al Novotel...Ahh dimenticavo anche per i bambini c'è una piccola area gioco!
