Unfortunately I can only provide an average review based on our experience. We went to check in 40 minutes after the check in time only to be informed our room wasn't ready and had to wait an additional 35 minutes before we could get into our room. The young lady (in training) was left my herself to manage the busy check in window. Another colleague then joined her to assist (thankfully for her) Hotel and rooms are tired, but the positive are the bed was super comfortable and rooms are spacious. We requested a room with a spa bath & this request was met so we were grateful. I feel they may be lacking in resource
