The room was large with two king size beds. It was very clean. I liked the spa bath although the jets didn’t work. When I enquired at reception they said they are not fixing the spa baths. It would not be expensive to get a registered electrician to fix several baths at the same time. The QR code for room service didn’t work and there was no menu in the room. The food was really good when it was delivered although the person in room service was ambivalent. I was happy with my stay overall. I have stayed there before. An enjoyable stay overall.

Room was huge with 2 queen beds & plenty of room to move around! Beds were very comfortably & water pressure in shower was perfect. Quick 5 min drive to centre of town or a 20-25 min walk. Service of staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Looks luxurious in the photos, in reality it definitely is not! I don't know what the other floors are like but steer clear from the ground floor. It is the bottom of the barrel. For $300 per night in a Deluxe Queen Suite, I expected more. Very outdated and the bathroom was paru (dirty) looking. Shower door, toilet and vanity were stained, bugs/ants on the bathroom floor as well in the front room where the "spa bath" is. Even in the hall ways, it looked grotty. Cobwebs in the corners and carpet was stained and grubby looking.

Rooms great size ,clean . The lack of proper bar staff was an issue..noone to make a cocktail and lack of variety of alcohol choices. Otherwise all good. Food was great

Old and outdated bathrooms that look like they need a serious powerscrub rather than a quick wipedown. Very limited facilities in room such as no microwave. Loud fridge we had to unplug to be able to sleep. Comfy beds though, and good sized room.

Checkin was poor, had to wait as large tour group arrived and there was only one person at the desk. Both lights above beds didn’t work, stains on the floor and the shower had very little pressure. The room although clean enough needs up grading. I wouldn’t go back or recommend to others
