It was close to locations we needed to go to. Staff was extremely nice.

The landscaping can use some improvement, lots of weeds and overgrown grass in the front and surrounding the building

The temperature control was easy to change but the AC unit fired up for a minute or less about every 3-5 minutes. Check the AC in room 1009 in Ames.

"I would go somewhere else"

Not a very good experience. Bathroom issues as well as not knowing there was construction to the pool area. The parking lot needs some repair and dark in places. The break is lacking in fruit selection and limited.

Quiet. Clean and comfortable room.

Needs to be updated which looks like they are in the process of. . As we drove up to the hotel it looked abandoned. Once we got in it was clean. The room was clean and comfortable.
