"Good"

The hotel was old and had a musty smell. The bathroom had a strong odor, as though the sewer was backed up. The manager was very rude when we complained about the room's condition.

I typically have good luck with Marriott properties but this hotel was sub par for them. It was filthy and the mattress was terrible. If we weren’t in a pinch I’d have cancelled. It felt like they slapped their name on another lower tier hotel.

"general manager worked with me on my mistake of leaving an item in my room"

manager worked with me on item i left in room shipped it to me . room was clean and comfortable

The side door key pad did not work. Staff told me ahead of time it was not working it was close to my room so it could have helped me out

Breakfast. Small pool.

Staff wasn't friendly. Staff wasn't helpful. I was charged for an extra room, which I canceled a week ago. They didn't seem to wanna help to resolve. Still haven't received a refund.Tvs didn't work. Looks a little run down. It was a much better stay 1 year ago.
