Very friendly front desk staff

Our stay was good. The room had a king bed. It had a desk chair. It could have used a lounge chair or sofa also. The breakfast was poor. There was no bacon or sausage to go with the eggs.

The bathroom tub - the water accumulates when taking a shower, it is draning very, very slow.

Front desk employee was exceptional. Quick check in and was given a welcome bag with some snacks. Very personable

I stayed in this Marriot property during a visit to the Middletown area. The hotel is somewhat dated and could use a facelift but is very clean, well-staffed and close to highways and local amenities. My room for one night was a standard king room with a divider between the living room and the bed. The room and bathroom were as clean as they could get and the wifi was easy to connect to. The heating and AC unit functioned as it should and I had no issues increasing or decreasing the temperature in the room. My bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the standard fare of this hotel level with hot and cold offerings as well as pastries, breads and cereals. The staff were great and the check-in and check-out process were accomplished through the BonVoy app.

The property was near a lot of stuff, restaurants, shopping, hardware, etc. My reservation needed to be changed and they corrected it with out a lot of hassle about it. The breakfast had a variety of options. i was impressed with the Turkey sausage not being over cooked like most people do. Variety of spices like cranberry, seeds, graham cracker, etc.. for use with oatmeal or yogurt. The room was not thoroughly clean, paper on side of bed and by head board the bed sham was dirty. The heat worked great in room and everything was functional in bathroom. The microwave and Refrigerator was greatly need and appreciated. Requested extra towel sets and they were warm when brought to the room. Every staff member i came across was friendly and personable.

Our toilet was broken. When I flushed, water exploded from the tank and covered the bathroom floor with water. We could not flush the whole night. No other room to put us in. Breakfast was awful. Bananas were almost completely black. Eggs were the fake, liquid eggs. Coffee terrible. Couldn’t open the orange juice bottles.

3 stars due to room needing some love. 5 stars for the commitment to stellar customer service by the manager Johnny Hart. We had a few issues with our room that he immediately resolved for us. Decent location with lots of restaurants close by.

Mostly clean, but the pool was too questionable for me to consider. Sadly, out of date. The front door was not even automatic. They service was ok. The location was convenient. The breakfast was minimal. I did like the number of toppings they had for oatmeal. I won't stay there again.
