The hotel was decent overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The room was clean, but a bit outdated and lacking some basic amenities you would expect. The staff were polite, though service felt a little slow at times. Location was convenient, which was a plus, but the overall experience didn’t fully meet expectations. It’s an okay option for a short stay, but not something I’d strongly recommend.

They showed me my initial room and when I expressed some misgivings. I was immediately upgraded and made very happy every single staff member has done everything possible to help us with restaurant reservations booking a wonderful tour guide arranging a Driver and the service in the dining room and the food were terrific. Nothing was left to chance this was a true five star experience.
