Days Inn by Wyndham Mt Pleasant-Charleston-Patriots Point

Great, limited frills. Very clean and extremely courteous staff. Unfortunately, the originally assigned room smelled of smoke but was replaced within minutes

Property was run down, trash containers were overflowing. Shopping carts randomly around in odd areas. The room was also run down, Spots on the wall and lights switches, paint peeling from the bath tub, thankfully no rug, but we still didn’t want to take our shoes off. Desk staff friendly and tried to be helpful but their resources were limited. Asked for 2 extra towels and they said they would bring them to me when they are out of the dryer. We paid $170 a night so I wasn’t expecting 5 star but I was expecting more than what I got.

Spacious, clean. No lamp by the bedside. Convenient location.

The room smelled musty, the carpet was filthy, the phone didn"t work, the bed was way too soft, the pillows were crap, we got locked out of the room twice and the "grab & go" breakfast was a joke! The best thing about the place was the coffee maker in the office. Don't stay here.

Room was booked for 4 people. Only 2 towels in the room and when I asked for more I was told to bring the dirty one to change them out. I advised front desk there are not enough for all the people in the room. No trash can, no remote, no place to hang clothes, no hair dryer, foot was filthy and the bottom of my feet were dirty after taking a shower just walking on the floor with no shoes on. Stairs near our room were blocked off and could not be used. Trash piled out in the hallway the entire time we were there. Looks like some “refresh” was done in our particular room, (new toilet and fixtures and flooring) have never stayed at a days inn this bad! Thankful we were only in town for a race and not to enjoy the actual room.

Hotel is very dated for the area of town. the clientel leave something to be desired. got the feeling lots of people live there full time. someone knocked on our door well after midnight...not sure if they were there to bother us or got the wrong room...very upsetting and scary.

The room was terrible and ugly.No nightstand lamp. The only lighting was the mirror above the sink. Way overpriced.

It was very convenient to get to from 17. Property definitely needs some TLC..staff was EXCELLENT!

Rooms are not as good as the pics look. Only one nightstand. Small refrigerator sits on the floor making it hard for challenged people to access. Not enough receptacles. Furniture is welled used and missing handles etc. bedding and linens were clean. Curtains were falling down, missing hangers and not very clean. Door had gaps. Remodeling in certainly not done by professionals. The building outside and campus made me feel like I was living in the slums not in Mt. Pleasant SC. Front desk and cleaning personnel were very nice. Our stay was very disappointing.

Smelled, broken sink, broken AC dirty linens. Horrible
